Ok, I chose this theme because I liked how it was displayed in the screenshot. However, when I downloaded it and selected it as my main theme, it did not display the primary links tabs, or, the navigation buttons. Can you help? Thanks!

Hello, in the screenshot it actually shows a built out menu system and blocks defined in regions. When you install the theme you will need to add menu items to /admin/build/menu (You should get a tabs that says, "Edit primary links") and you will need to navigate to /admin/build/block and add blocks to the left and right regions.
