Add options for dealing with subforum display

Bumping to do items to 6.x, though most will be backported.

Expanding this a bit.

Subforums collapsed:

• Show subforums as comma separated list after parent forum description
• Add post totals into parent forum
• How to deal with last post? Use last in parent or last in all?

Subforums expanded:

• Subforums will show up indented but the icon won't.
• Possibly use smaller icons right next to the name

Will revisit this in 2.x.

This is nearly all in. The only thing left to do is turn the subforum list creation into a theme function and #497648: Add option for old style forum list
