using an old version of jQuery I broke my site

maybe you could give me an advice. Well I made a mistake and then I got this "Fatal error: Call to undefined function jcarousel_add() in /home/vision/public_html/toxic/includes/common.inc(1352) : eval()'d code on line 2"

So I can't connect anymore to my drupal site.

Could you tell me what would you do in my case ? (it's tough because I could lose all the panels formats, contemplates formats I made if i rebuild from scratch)
