CCK: Create a structured content type for the data records.
Views: Create a table view.

is there a way to have views

is there a way to have views display the value horizontally instead of vertically in 1 field?

Also is it possible instead of displaying text, it will display badges (user badges) which will represent the level each person is at on the roster page?
