continues error meesages, can't update modules settings and configs

here ae the error messages

* The maximum comment length must be an integer
* The number of comments displayed must be an integer
* The number of comments in the XML backend must be an integer
* The reload delay must be a time in seconds

also having problems uploading audio and video files. larger ones over 60mb. php.ini is set high to 1000mb adn 2000mb upload capacity.
