Conflict with DHTML Menu Module

I have noticed that in IE 7 (I don't have IE 6 or below) that Nice Menus seems to make it so that the DHTML Menu block does not even appear. Before I made the update I was experiencing a similar problem. When I was trying to test the drop downs in Nice Menus I found that it made the menu, Not the block but the menu disappear. So I began tesing the two menu modules in other themes as the FAQ's suggested and I encountered the same problem. I believe that there might be a conflict with the code between the menus. I think that this issue should be explored by this developer since an update to the module was made most recently.
