[30/01/2008 22:45:48] point 4 would be having " global " lists of documents by types ,by country and city - some of this exists
directory of video
directory of messages / by country
directory of place wikis
directory of images/ country/ city /action
if we have these view and directories then we can send relevant info to the 1800 on the site ... and stimulate them to report and make other report ... and see the results ...through theses directories and gobal figures provided through them
