report content type - to be renamed "collected reports" content type

i understand only admins can edit those "reports "and that these reports are not "in" an action space - since they can be tagged independently on a country - so this is not a decentralized object, but a centralized tool

Given the context i would call this new content type " collected reports" and not "report"
because report implies some level of ownership from the authors about what they report on

this is not the case of wsf office who is *only* collecting what other people have circulated somewhere, and is not supposed to be editorializing those contents , nor is supposed to reach exhaustivity in its collection

so collected reports are really what their name means .... reports collected by wsf office - since the real authors of reports cannot edit them ....

Forgot to write earlier, I created the Report content type.

It has a spot for one featured photograph, and is supposed to be tagged to a
single place (country and town).

More pictures can be added directly into the content with the "plus picture"
icon at the bottom, HTML tags can be added with the buttons across the top.

Please let me know what part of it you find difficult.

Right now only people who have access to make Pages can make reports.
