Any Drupal Pros looking to freelance?

I need very slight modifications made to Drupal, but I am no programmer and really need some help. Are there any Drupal pros out there that would make Drupal modifications for a fee? Judging from discussions in the forum, I think they'd all be pretty simple to make:

(1) make sure that anytime a new user registers or logs in, they are taken
to their blog and not the main URL;

(2) each blog has a user login form where people can register for a new
account, etc. We need to delete the options to "Create an account". That
feature should only be displayed on our main page.

(3) We want the URLs for a user blog to use the username rather than a
node number

Again, judging from discussions in the "How do I..." forum, I'm sure these are all really easy to do. If anyone's interested, can you give me estimate as to time/cost? Thanks.
