swortis commentedI'm having the same issue - exact same error message ("Unable to attach images to the current node."). Interestingly this only happens in one site of a multi-site installation. I should point out that the problem is not related to a particular theme, or a particular content type.
Question for lashari: Are you having additional problems with uploads in general?
swortis commentedIn my case the issue was resolved when we noticed that the $base_url in the settings.php file did not have a 'www' in it, while the referrers in the Apache .conf file did.. This caused the error.

ktleow commentedI've just tested this module with Drupal 6.4. It works perfectly fine and excellent.
No error, wat-so-ever.
@mecocan4: If you're not satisfied with this module (or you just don't know how to configure it), then leave this place. Don't scream vulgar words around here. You should start to appreciate people for contributing these modules here.
To author of this module, maybe you could add a README.TXT file to serve as a guideline to the public.
Basically what I did was, enabled Upload and Node Images module. Go to Site configuration > Node Images and set up the images thumbnail sizes, etc. Go to Content Types > page > configure how Node Images will be displayed.
Walla. Done!
