How do you insert a code that you want to appear on each page. Specifically, its not a visible ad but an interstial that shows up only once when a user loads the page. Any idea where the best place to post it - or the best module or whatever? Thanks

thanks im trying it out right now - i cant really tell if its working yet tho but it does appear in teh source code

Has anyone made an "Adbrite for Drupal" module at all?

Similar to this one (http://drupal.org/project/adsense) for AdSense? I have searched but don't see anything. (For example, the "Ad Injector" functionality is really nice).
