ok, i set up a own cgiirc ... and it works. for everyone how has the same issue, just set up a own cgiirc (or use some other one) - and change the source-scirpt-path in the "cgiirc.module" from "files.downfallguild.org/demo/modules/cgiirc/cgiirc/irc.cgi" to your own cgiirc-url or some other you know.

sorry for bad english ;) i need one more coffee ;)

thanks for posting this sturmtief i recently realized i left that out of my readme and have changed it since, i am glad you figgured it out before i had a chance to update it for everybody else. I had planned to add a way to add that url within the admin console however it isn't playing nice so we have to do it manually until i can get it working
