I don't personally know the details of this patch but my technical guy found some issues with uc_product for PostgreSQL support upon upgrade to Beta 5. He created a patch and it is attached for your review.

Wow. I have learned something today. Drupal provides unsigned integer support to PostgreSQL as of 5.0. Perhaps Übercart should take advantage of that.
