phpbb2drupal 6.x-1.x-dev

This is the development branch tracking updates which will lead to the first stable release for Drupal 6.x

Features:

* This is for the phpBB 2.x releases. It has not been tested with phpBB3.x and is NOT expected to work with it without modification.
* Separated Privatemsg Import into own module (phpbb2privatemsg)
* Added more documentation, tried to reduce complexity.
* Fixed many bugs which have also been backported to the 5.x-3.x-dev branch. The main ones being:
#204021: Do not import duplicate Private Messages
#67068: Encoding change during the migration.
#114451: Topics imported with HTML entities escaped
#216428: Incorrect ordering of topics in forums (topics with 0 posts come first)

Much testing is needed for this module to find and iron out any other bugs.
