Clean up of Localizer module documention

I am the handbook maintainer for the Localizer module. I have recently updated much of the Localizer handbook documentation because of a version update. As part of this effort, I am trying to "clean up" a few items, and would appreciate it if someone with "delete" privileges could delete the following: (Reasons shown above each link.)
