Just a maintenance release in response to some bug reports.
A couple issues are addressed in this release
Fixed minor bug where table creation would not occur on some MySQL installations due to the 'revoke' field needing quotes since it's a MySQL keyword.
This is the first release of og_default_roles. Give it a shot!
