I got this error on enabling cvs_deploy for Drupal 6: notice: Undefined variable: version in /{mysite}/sites/all/modules/cvs_deploy/cvs_deploy.module on line 37. Patch fixes it for me.

I couldn't reproduce the error, but the patch is a good move, so I committed to HEAD. Thanks.
