When 85% of my users try to add a buddy for the first time, they go look at their buddylist (the relative url "/buddylist") and then get stuck because they have no idea how to invite someone to be their buddy.

It would be really great to add a way to make buddies from the Buddylist management pages. A way to search or filter through usernames and/or profile fields (i.e. to search by name) would be great.

I'm aware that there is a Buddylist 2, and that other similar modules (and features on non-drupal sites) work the same way. However, for whatever reason it seems illogical to users to have to go find a link on someone's account page, especially given that they usually don't even know the usernames of their friends.
