Menu Remind - Remind users to create a menu item for the page they are creating

I would like to submit this as a module but don't know how. This module simply reminds users to add a menu item for a page or any content type. They have to uncheck a box to not be reminded. This module was created as often users forget/don't see the menu creation part and then can't find their page.

Ultimately this would be linked to the menu item delete function within node create. Also this ideally should have some setting so that it doesn't prompt on certain content types such as blogs.
