I created a content type called "leads" and added custom fields "phone" and "email"

I can now create content "leads" and it publishes but the data I entered for the fields aren't saved. The default Title and Body fields work fine.

Ideas?

Don't know why this would happen but check the leads display-fields tab and make sure the phone and email fields don't have Hidden selected.

appreciate the feedback.

I think it had something to do with the field type I was using. I switched to a plain text field and things are fine. Could also be that I upgraded from 5.1 to 5.7. It's all good cuz I found an email field module that makes things extra sweet now.
