How to reference nodes directly to open nodes in edit mode with nodeformpopup feature

Description
The nodeformpopup module creates a menu bookmarklets by default. When this link is clicked it takes to a list to submit node types and a click to one of the nodes pop up the node submission form. This is a two stage process.
What is the way to popup the node submission form in one click. I would like users to click a link which will appear in a form which directly popup the submit form.
