Major bug fix release.
Drupal 7 version of Acta theme develop and release by Shivcharan Patil (itapplication) without any changes in design.
This release fixes bugs mentioned in issue #270186.
Used theme_username instead of l() on comments. This way there are no links for truly anonymous posters.
Added a previously omitted line, "print $closure", to the page.tpl.php file. Please download this release if you are going to be using dynamic JavaScript.
