Need Help Building Drupal Blog / Training Web site focused on Photoshop

This is a request for an estimate to build a custom site in the Drupal 6. Selected vendor will be expected to build the site using Drupal best practices. Selected vendor will be expected to install modules to generate functionality including helpful administrator modules that allow easy editing of text and uploading of images. The site will be hosted on a Linux server I own that is located in a co location facility in the U.S.

I have design every page in detail so that you will know exactly what I want. You can review the design and site map (with workflow details) here: http://www.rcpclients.com/psdf-info/ I believe many of the elements that I have repeated from page to page would be blocks (like the promotional ads - the vertical version and horizontal version, the horizontal blog promotion). It may look like there is a lot there but when you realize that many of the items are repeating elements like a header, footer or block it’s not too much.

I think it will be helpful for you to look at the links below. My site does not include any functionality that has not already been done. Most of what I have done is based on the 2 sites below which I believe are build on open source content managers using readily available functionality modules.

Don’t worry about the store functionality or design for now, I’m going to use the Amazon web store. I don’t have a product finished yet so the store is a non critical item at this time.

Since this is a spin-off business idea my budget is next to nothing. I don’t expect anyone to do the project for free, just wanted to be honest. Any special code, functions or module adaptations created for the site go back to the Drupal community except for the theme which I want to keep unique to my site.
