Is it possible to change the comment form for Guests/Anonymous users so that they can input their own name and maybe links like Wordpress (or other site)'s comment form do? It will add variatons to the guest commenting, I guess.

And to prevent spams, are there any Akismet or spam filter modules for Drupal?

Change the comment settings for anonymous users at admin > content management > comments > settings. Under post settings, choose "anonymous posters may leave their contact information".

Prevent spam by using akismet or spam modules and captcha

I used Drupal 6.12 but its can't work!! So, what i can do?

Those instructions were for Drupal 5. In Drupal 6 go to admin > content management > content type> edit > comment settings. Choose "anonymous posters may leave their contact information".

Make sure that you have given anonymous users permission to post comments or the comment settings will be grayed out.
