The URL Redirect Module allows me to select what kind of redirect I want, like 301 or 302.
Does the GoTwo Module use the 301 or 302 Redirects? It doesn't offer a choice, does it default to 301?

I suggest you either try it and see or file a support request in its issue queue. The general discussion forum isn't an appropriate place for module support requests and is unlikely to be seen by someone who knows.

Knowing to use the issue queue for modules isn't intuitive, I don't think. That's why I usually mention it when I see such a specific post in the forums where it's likely to be missed.
