http://drupal.org/project/family is another option, though it looks like it's being redesigned so may not be suitable right now.

I love TNG, and have it set up on a couple of sites. But I've never used the integration module for drupal... didn't even know it existed. Nonetheless, I can highly recommend TNG as a stand-alone solution, and Drupal integration is icing on the cake.
