How can I do for use an intro.html page for first page-splash, without use the themes of drupal ?

This is exactly what I'm trying to do.
I installed the splash module.
I see the settings but I don't see where it ask what url do I want to be the splash page.

Just set the splash path to an absolute URL to your html page. We did that on http://www.billdeblasio.com/ - splash path is set to http://www.billdeblasio.com/splash.html
