I'm trying to activate Drupal's builtin cache system to optimize to reduce the server load but I can't cache a certain block.

Is there any simple way, either via PHP or with a module to exclude a certain block from being cached?

I thought I had it working but it was my browser's cache so any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
