Hi. I tried it as well and it gave me the same error.

Do the following after you have downloaded the jzon.zip file:
1. extract the formbuilder module in your modules folder
2. open the formbuilder folder
3. create a new folder called JSON
4. open the JSON folder
5. extract the jzon.zip file in this folder
