Diference between Debian server and Red Hat server

Hello my friends, then to have finished the first version of my project I uploaded it to the Red Hat server and my project show me a few message, but when I refresh the page the errors disapear. Just I change the db pass and the user of the databases.
I'm work with Debian GNU/Linux Etch and the server have Red Hat.
That is an example:
user warning: Access denied for user 'facultad1'@'%' to database 'facultad1' query: LOCK TABLES cache_menu WRITE in /var/www/facultad1/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.
What I yo think is that???
