Please help me out i keep
geting this error:

I tried searching the drupal site but can't find solution. I am a newbie please reply simple.

I suppose you are trying to run Drupal 4.5 with php 5. This won't work. Upgrade to 4.6.

No i am using Php 4.3 and Mysql 3.23 on Windows XP Apache 2 and i changed the sapi requirement in .htaccess.
