I've released my clients website finally (www.courtenaystory.com) but have a problem that I discovered.
Let's say she were to create a new page (create content--> page) and then in the menu create a sub link that would appear expanded upon navigating to the newly created page. Well, that works fine.
The problem is with stories. Upon creating a new story (create content--> story) and then creating a sub link in the menu that would appear expanded upon navigating to the story, it never expands!!
The only way to expand it is to have it set to always expanded, and then, obviously it's always expanded, whereas with a page you can set expanded to "no" and then it only expands upon navigating to the parent menu link, which is what I would like story to do also.

Perhaps I didn't word it
Perhaps I didn't word it correctly..
This seems close, http://drupal.org/node/88226, but still doesn't expand the child links.
I'll word it again. Let's say you create a story page, called "my story". In your menu you also create a link called my story pointing to the "my story" page. Now, you wish to create another story called "my story 2". You decide this time to create a sub link under "my story" called "my story 2." Well, when you go to your "my story" page, the menu item never expands to reveal "my story 2."
See what I mean, it would expand if you set the parent ("my story") to expanded always, but of course then it would ALWAYS appear expanded, which is not what I want.
Now go in reverse for a second. All of the stories we just created above, let's say they were "pages" this time around. Well, then they would expand just fine, but I need to stories to expand too!
Thanks,
Jon.
