Is this an idea for a template that you intend to sell or a site that you will go live with and operate?

Not sure what your sites main purpose is...
It should be clear on the main page,

Is it for sellers and buyers of property to come together?
I could not find a search for property based on area - country, state, city or zip code - you should have this.. I live in Florida, US and have no interest in seeing / browsing properties from around the world to find one I'm interested in.

Is it for buyers looking for financing to find a lender?
I see interest rates and term in months - are the buyers looking for short term financing?

I'm in real estate and finance - would be glad to help with direction / needs

On your register info needed.. I can't believe that anyone would give you their social security number to get access to a site?
I gave a fake one to get in..

Thank you for your valuable Inputs..

Basically it is a portal for RealEstate people..

Seller can add property to sel,rent,share
Buyer can bid, to buy,rent,share
lender/investor can do anything (invest on property, lend money to buyer)

Please note that this is very initial stage.. we have to go more.........

It looks pretty nice. I also have to make a Real Estate website but there are several issues i have to resolve, one of the major is an advaced search. Have you think about it, a search with range prices, number of rooms, etc?
