Gmaps + How to allow users to add pics to a post

Hi guys. I have, via CCK, designed a site that allows me to list embassies. I have created the fields needed and all works great. Now, I am having problems with Gmaps. How do I tell Gmaps which fields are to be used to draw the map? The module is enabled but I don't know hot to activate it, or show the address.

Laslty, it would be great if users add pictures to each listing. How would I go about it?
