Theres a problem with uploaded files and using them as attachment.

I found out, that if i turn the download methode to "Public" ... there is no problem. Switch to "private" - this error comes.
Can anybody check this - an maby code some patch?

#9 + #10 describes the problem

if you download any file with right-click - "save target as" .... the download-filename has a .htm at the end. .... Test.pdf --->>> Test.pdf.htm

Hi,
i discovered the same problem.
It only shows up, when i did not use clean url's.
With clean URL's it works fine.
