I post regularly information about new IPOs. Format of data is more or less same. Only content changes. Also I want to give consistent look to the data posted. Thus I prefer to use table structure which give more readable view.

I want to achieve something like http://travelextracts.com/drp/files/format.htm

Here all data which will change is enclose in <> whereas others that is essentially labels will remain same.

Can some one give me some hint what direction I should take and then I can read more about that approach myself.

Sure, you can use the Panels module which allows you to create a layout using only basic knowledge, or of course you can get familiar with Drupal theming and create your own theme layout.

But try the Panels module, combined with Views and CCK it could be the direction you need to take.
