Does not follow the correct option when time based fields and now used as paramater

Issue Summary

If you created a filter which is time based (e.g last comment type) and set the default value as now with option of minus number of seconds, it does not obey the negative seconds and defaults to now only. Looks it is probably ignoring option field.
