Can you try using the attached files? I have updated cvs, but don't know how to create a patch.

It should be fixed in the 5.x-1.0 release up in a few minutes.

Let me know if it works now.

Something did not go well with the encoding of template.php. It's fixed now and should be fine in the 5.x-1.1 release.

Please confirm.
