help with drupal migration...

drupal-5.2 migration
this is a localhost migration.
after rsync'ing my drupal tree to the new host, I then mysqldump the database to the new host.. I now see this error below.
I've looked at the other posts but nothing seems to help resolve this error.
http://localhost/drupal produces the error below

can someone help?
