There seems to be a tiny naming issue:

Theme is requesting:
themes/garland/advforum/images/forum-separater.jpg

But the actual image in the folder is: "forum-separater.gif" (not .jpg)

This was changed a long time ago but the new graphic didn't make it into CVS until 9 days ago because I forogt to do a cvs add on it.
