I am a newbie of Drupal,I'v already installed CCK and Views but I don't know hwo to use CCK+VIEWS .
Could anyone recommand a tutorial ,expecially a instance for CKK+Views to me ?

documentation on both of these modules is found in the hanbooks -> contributes modules section.
in short.
CCK + its addon modules (fields) allow you to create near any kind of content type you want to create
views.module allows you to create blocks & Pages of lists, like the front page listing, or the blog listing, so on so forth.
There is also an abundance of documenation found on google on both of these modules.
