* fixes issues with filters (changes to schema, requires the module re-install)
* introduces contrib/webmail_plus_site_users - an address book that users all site users (requires content_profile)
* changes how address autocomplete is done, introduces webmail_plus_matches hook
* tags are no longer lost when a message is moved between folders
* increases the size of the to/cc/bcc fields
* adds vendor/PHPMailer - notice this is a modified version, do not use PHPMailer module
