Hello, it would be nice to have a content_top region in this theme. Or it could be called header, but it would be immediatly above content, in the white part, not in the blue area where there's the title.
in fact content_top region should be on top, then the content and after the content region.

Do you think this region must be placed before or after the sloggan ?

You mean before or after the mission, not the slogan. I don't know, I'd say before so that what is in the content-top is always above everything else in the content part, including the mission. But perhaps some people would say after because the mission is not part of the $content variable.

I'd vote for before the mission.

sort of doesn't matter - but i agree - this is a great place to stick an ad (for example) and if there's an issue, simply set it up as a block and don't show on some specific page - like homepage - so that mission is top item...
