Extensive Drupal Customization Needed

I'm (probably) going to be using Drupal for a CMS that hosts many, many sites with one install. I will need quite a bit of customization to get the basic install to match what's required in my project specs...but I think drupal is the fastest/easiest/most stable way to achieve what I need. I'd like to talk to drupal developers, explain what I need, send my specs and see if this is feasible with Drupal. I also need someone who is able to work reliably and quickly and can complete this project by the beginning of March. If you're interested in learning more, please get in touch.
