I have a very strange problem. Recently I noticed the search function of my Drupal website wasn't working anymore. When a serach term was entered my site returned a totally blank screen after a few seconds. I tried reïndexing, clearing cache but nothing worked. I'm using Firefox. Then people using IE reported that nothings was wrong and search worked fine. And yes, when I tried searching in IE: no problem!
Does anyone have any idea what can cause this? I'm still using Drupal 5.3 because of serious time-shortages. Is this a known bug? Is there any way I can solve this by replacing a single file or something?
I don't have any modules related to search installed and I haven't modified the search form or it's button using css or javascript.
