What is needed to synch torrents on a local PC with torrents on another PC using Drupal in the middle?

Issue Summary

Apart from doing the obvious and using local clients and the normal services, I would like to use my own Drupal site in the middle if it would also enable me to keep a practical history listing etc.

Specifically, the possibility to do "Content Management" on the history entries.
I would know what I already have sent/given the other person, and could keep a list of that for future reference, etc. I would like to be able to archive/categorise/sort etc. those entries, perhaps as nodes.
Plus several similar practical uses.

I guess the CM part is not implemented or thought of regarding this module (yet), but can it be used to synch files between two PC's (or Macs/PC+Mac for that matter), with a simple log?)
