Taxonomy (missing) in admin/build/modules page after copy translatable into all/modules

Issue Summary

when enable translatable-5.x-1.1 in modules setup
all the Taxonomy relate is show Taxonomy (missing) and be disabled
translatable-5.x-1.0 is ok

there is no problem
(when re-install again)
