Hi,

here's a patch to keep the submission information (IP, Date, User) when editing a submission, at the moment this information ist replaced with the data from the editing user.
Please check.

This took me quite a few looks before I realized what it was doing. Looks correct to me now though. I've committed it to the 2.x version. Thanks!
