Is anyone aware of a Drupal module (or a way to achieve this out-of-the-box) that allows me to restrict a page/node of content to only one user?

Further, I'd love to be able to display a link to that page in the user's primary nav.

Anything come to mind? Thank you!

Found it -- module called "nodeaccess". It doesn't do the menus, but it does allow me to restrict a page/node of content to only one user or role.
