Give Karma or add karma cost for posting a scoop, to allow either a straight reward, or to set up a risk/reward system for keeping quality fo content high.

Hi,

I have a question about this one...
The thing is, people _already_ get karma when posting a scoop if you are allowing other users to vote for those scoops.
So, this would really only make sense for sites that allow people to create nodes (like a blog?), but don't want to allow people to vote for them. That is: "you created the blog entry, and therefore you get points regardless".

...right?
